Another huge release from mau5trap showcases one of the electronic music industry's more versatile artists. Jon Gooch a.k.a Spor, a.k.a Feed Me has produced a great new EP titled "Escape From Electric Mountain" and it is sure to impress even the more seasoned of listeners with such a variety of styles and sounds.
He's been kind enough to upload the whole EP to youtube so you're able to stream it whenever you like. On that note, i'll leave you with one of the more interesting tracks on the EP and I'd consider it one of my favourites without a doubt.
Eddie K & Statix team up for the next killer single on the Hench imprint, forthcoming on 21st November. This is a custom edit that contains both the 140 + 100bpm versions.
This young dubstep producer has been playing to big crowds nearly every weekend for the past 18 months.

First up, how did you to come together to form Glovecats? We got together through common interest in beer and Bass Heavy Music.
What were your music influences growing up? No doubt there wasn’t to much Dubstep floating around back then. We grew up listening to a lot of Hip Hop from the glory days of the 90’s, then spent a few years at raves and somewhere along the journey got into House, D & B and Techno too. We are both very much into all kinds of music, but when we play it’s bass music.
The Dubstep Invasion album must of been a massive thing for you two? What was it like being given the opportunity to mix a Dubstep compilation for a massive label like One Love? Awesome, the guys at One Love have been really supportive of what we wanted to bring to the mix as far as tunes go and what not. It’s been great for us to put on some local producers this time around as well.
What was it like mixing on the same album as Shockone? Both discs have a very different take on the sound and both complement one another real well. Karl is a super talented and a great Dj too, we are all getting up to mischief on the tour.
You’ve also done a bit of touring, solo and also for the One Love album so you would know first hand how popular Dubstep is getting in Australia, did you ever think that it could become this popular? I was in London about 3 years ago and was amazed to see how much it was dominating over there, but realized it was only a matter of time before it crossed over here. Locally artists like Katy B, Magnetic Man and Skrillex have really pushed it to the mainstream.
What can fans expect at a Glovecats show? Plenty of intensity, tons of double drops and a few rewinds if the crowds are really up for it.
Is there any advice you would give to up and coming DJ's, maybe the do's and dont’s of the industry? Work on your skills, buy your music, focus on production and learn to warm up properly. If you are playing Doctor P records before 11pm you're no good.
Who are some of the artists you are listening to at the moment? Skream and Benga, Benton, Caspa, The Others, Benny Page, 501 and Dismantle.
Cheers for taking the time out to do this guys, greatly appreciated, cant wait till your in Brisbane next!
Also dont forget to check out the free stuff we are giving away to celebrate the release of ONELOVE's new album Dubstep Invastion vol 2, Remixed by Shockone and Glovecats
